We are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Film Set Manager to join our Creative Department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with proven abilities in time and project management and a keen interest in all aspects of video production. The Producer will play a crucial role in the pre-production process, from casting to coordinating schedules and managing props, ensuring our video projects are executed smoothly and effectively.

- Familiarity with pre-production software like StudioBinder is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with casting for various video projects, including kids' episodes, testimony interviews, narrative bumpers, and worship videos.
- Manage pre-production activities, including planning, scheduling, and organizing shoots.
- Gather and manage props and other necessary materials for video productions.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Support on-set production as needed, offering creative input and assisting with interviews and other tasks.
- Utilize StudioBinder or similar pre-production software to streamline project management.
- Take on any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and are in alignment with our church values.
